Sprouts,greens and freezers

Date: May 20, 2008 06:50AM I bought alpha sprounts and bean sprouts the other day.Been Sp went bad before I even opened them.They were still plenty good by the date.
How can care for sprouts when I buy them? Can I freeze them? I heard they go bad fast-any thoughts. I more quicky.Are the certain veges u cant freeze. i tried to freezy spinach and it worked out porly. I have a lot of broccoli and want to freeze it.Can you and does it have same enzymes and nutriets when I take it out of freezer and it flaws out and its ready to be eaten again.Any fruit or vegie overall that freezes poorly.
