he shou wu

Date: June 09, 2008 03:30PM I have been reading a lot about this herb. I want to try experimenting with it. I have been trying to find the most raw and potent form of this herb. Does anyone have any suggestions where to find it. I can travel cheaply so location is not a problem. Also is their anyone on here that been using he shou wu, some feed back would be nice.

Date: June 10, 2008 07:17PM I've been using he shou wu quite a bit. I don't use it raw though - I have he shou wu which has been cooked with black beans, it's supposedly the most potent form.
