food after colonic

i`m having another colonic on monday. any foods that are especially good to eat afterwards? i had one yesterday (friday) and had a big raw salad for dinner and had the worst stomach cramps ever. i want to avoid that again LOL. should i stick with fruit only?

Yes. Juices or soft fruit like melons would be excellent.

Fruits are there but drinks, Juices,desserts will also be better option as suggested by David.
