and it just seems that i have everything i ever wanted friends, things i love to do, my health curiosity and love for life not sure why i feel so abundant lately its not as if anything external has changed seems like, all of a sudden... everything and everyone around me is beautiful even the "bad" things seem beautiful cuz i learn from it why is life so good to me? gggeeeez Re: i love you all

gratitude journal is cool did u get a special notebook.. like the ones that have a pretty cloth wrapped around it or do u do it on your computer? i did both but am thinking to make a special gratitude book just for the occasion hand made Re: i love you all

Love U too! dewey-- I posted a link to a really wonderful downloadable (safe) gratitude journal awhile back. If you're interested, I'll be glad to send you the link. (I can't remember exactly what it is at the moment. I used it for several months, and it was cool to have it pop up (very small) on my desktop every time I logged on, to remind me to write a few lines of things I'm grateful for. Sharrhan:
