Date: July 12, 2008 12:02AM I was wondering if there are any fruits that excel at pushing acids out of the body? I know of sweet cherries. Anything else? Re: fruits to remove joint pain?

Date: July 12, 2008 11:39AM I use ginger root for arthritis pain - and it worked fine for a long time but now does not seem to do the trick anymore.
I also eat pineapple often, same story - used to work, now does not. My thoughts are that perhaps the pain would be a lot worse without these (and if I was not eating green smoothies daily). I do know that stress really makes the arthritis flare up for me. So I try a lot of de-stress things like yoga. But I have a feeling that nothing will make the arthritis go away. :-| Re: fruits to remove joint pain?

Date: July 12, 2008 03:10PM Hi Jackie,
I wonder if a juice fast of mostly vegetable juice would help, and then maybe the pineapple and ginger would work again? Just a thought. I've heard that people can heal arthritis with juice fasting. Sharrhan: [www.facebook.com] Re: fruits to remove joint pain?

that's the body's job. do the right things and trust that the body will do its job imo Re: fruits to remove joint pain?

Just my thoughts. Take care A Iyer Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
