heavy metal detox

Date: July 16, 2008 09:43PM does anyone know of anything i can use to detox my body of the heavy metals it may be harboring from my S.A.D. days? i ate quite lot of well...you know, possible mercury containing things...don`t want to break any rules here so i won`t say it. i know cilantro is really good for this and i have a pesto recipe but i thought maybe there`s a tincture or something.

Date: July 17, 2008 12:41AM I have read that spirulina and chlorella detox the heavy metals from the body. I have thought about consuming them. My mothermade a lot of funky tuna casserole when I was a kid. No telling what kind of nonsense I have unwittingly consumed over the years. Re: heavy metal detox

Basically ever since I was a 15 or so. I need serious heavy metal detox. I am trying to use cilantro almost every day, ad I heard that it helps  I have no way of knowing though whether the heavy metal detox is happening and if so, how well...
