I am looking into getting a volunteer position at a women's crisis center in the evenings and weekends. I think it would be a more productive way for me to spend my time. Although I do LOVE ALL OF YOUSE! Re: How much time....

Date: July 24, 2008 06:43PM I usually go on line occasionally throughout my day and check my Email and then I surf my way over to this site and check out the new posts and if I want to I take a few minutes to post my thoughts. This process varies from day to day depending on where I go and what I do but I would guess that I surf my way through this site on average about a half dozen times or so everyday for a few minutes each time. I find that my visits here are helpful in keeping me motivated and also stimulated with ideas about the lifestyle discussed here. Re: How much time....

Date: July 25, 2008 06:53AM Not as much time as I spend eating... HAHAHA.
It's nice to have something to read and wind down with after work... but some days, when I am out and about, can't really fit much computer in. =) Re: How much time....

Thanks for the input, guys! I probably spend "too much time" here too, but I also feel like it is an investment in my health and a great opportunity to "meet" with people who have similar health goals as myself. Being a raw foodist can be lonely sometimes, and I think it is why I couldn't stick with it twenty-five years ago, as much as I wanted to. So thanks for the support! Re: How much time....

Date: July 26, 2008 05:03PM I'm on raw sites for hours, but then I could also be doing somethings that are even less productive like watching TV or, I'll combine surfing with TV watching. I'm also here while I eat alot of the time, so I'm doing two or three things at once, and I get the feeling of being at a raw potluck!
I did one time remove raw sites from my favorites so I would have to look up the sites, I was hoping that the effort of looking up the sites would make me cut down on my time on the sites. It didn't work. Re: How much time....

Date: July 26, 2008 09:02PM at least once a day, as I am on summer break. It beats the hec out of TV watching! Everyone is sooo encourageing and genuinely supportive, it's addictive reading :0 Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
