I searched all the old cayenne posts and didn't see this addressed. Is there some cayenne that is better than others? or is the average grocery store version ok? I searched some raw sites for super cool organic versions but didn't come up with anything. I just know some spices have anti caking crud in them, and wanted to get the best kind. thank you! Just read the back of the bottles..Fronteir(organic)brand doesn't have anti caking junk in it. Re: Cayenne - certain brand/type?
