F1's Fruitarian/Workout Progress Pics/update
Date: August 11, 2008 09:28PM

It's been a while since I posted any progress pics, so here they are.

This years results of bodyweight training and Fruitarian "fruit juice" diet, this year was my off year so I took the time to achieve some goals and teach myself more advanced exercises so I'm not where I should be in most areas but I'm happy with the achievements and results thus far.

Imagine eating only fruit and no supplements.

Or "Stupidfoods".

Keep up the great work.

This is the future of fitness folks.

Thanks a lot guys...I'm honoured by your kind words, It's been a blast this summer and I've been out in the sun way more than usual, Kwan your right it just gets better and better.....I'm actually going to spend the rest of the summer pushing this Fruitarian/liquidarian/breatharian thing as far as it will go....I want to know the truth about this liquidarian/breatharian thing because all the guru's I've researched don't practise what they preach....I've been getting strong pull towards breatharianism for years but I'm not convinced it's natural to us and I don't think this world can support it, it's too polluted and you'd have to live in certain areas to get the water from the air....I want to find out what's really natural to us for myself!

Plus all the breatharian guru's I researched eat or drink something (usually cooked) I think these guru's mess up when they try to mix spirituality with nutrition.

Laveronique--
Thanks! Actually, it was my 'cosmic download' from the other day-- something that came to me in a flash of insight when I asked for clarity. You know, it's one of those things where you already KNOW on a mind level, but when it's revealed to you from within, you REALLY KNOW at the level of the heart... and it blows your mind and opens your heart at the same time. ;-) I posted most but not all of it. When I wrote it down, the written words were no match for the insight, the gist of which was that each and every person is God incarnate and totally deserving of love and reverence. But further than that, there was the implication that if I become truly conscious of God within each person, interpersonal conflicts can be 'nothingized' and the beautiful 'God part' of each individual will reveal itself and respond to me instead of the problematic human part coming forward.

F1--
I absolutely LOVE the way you approach the breatharian/liquidarian thing-- very open and honest-- and I also resonate with your thoughts about the other breatharian gurus kind of giving it a bad name. I only trust a couple of people who are breatharians, and they aren't advertising or giving workshops; in fact, most people have never heard of them. (A guy in Germany and another guy in Hawaii.)

Great Kwan...Yeah Wiley Brooks says he's breatharian but eats quarter pounders and diet coke on occasion which I find so funny!

It's also funny that one guy I read about said that oranges make good transitioning tools when going breatharian and oranges are my biggest staple.

Do these guys you trust have websites, if not can you breifly share a little about them like:

1) Do they eat/drink anything?
2) Are they physically active?
3) Do they travel/fly freely inspite of the A/C on plans, etc?

Thanks Kwan

Hi F1,
Yes, here are links to the two individuals I was referring to. I'm especially
interested in Michael Werner's story:

Michael Werner:

[snipurl.com]
or
[www_dailymail_co_uk]

and

Jack Davis:

1.
Michael Werner drinks a little juice & wine, and coffee-- no food at all
Jack Davis was liquidarian for awhile, but I gather since 2005 he's been
drinking juices and eating some fruit. I still include him because he comes
across as someone on an authentic path who is sincere and honest.

2.
Michael Werner runs every morning-- I think he said he runs 3 miles. He plays
tennis and looks fit.
Jack Davis-- gee, I can't remember. I think he's moderately active.

3.
Hmm, interesting question. Well, I know that Jack Davis traveled from Hawaii to
Texas not long ago-- had to have flown. He said, however, that he experienced
rather drastic detox symptoms in Texas: bleeding from his nostrils.

Thanks so much Kwan....I think it was Jack Davis that mentioned the oranges!

If I was to follow the 70% rule I too could definatley call/label myself Breatharian but I feel that a breatharian is totally free from food and water.

Yeah, I read about how breatharians cannot take changes in air quality/polution and some go back to cooked food items to cope, I don't get that, using pollution to deal with pollution!

I'm definately getting the call towards breatharianism but I've got to live it and learn it for myself, I already know that asking others about what they do and how they cope is not really any help at all.

Thanks Kwan, I'm going to check out the sites!

Just checked out the sites and I've found that I'm doing pretty much the same as these guys except that I just have fruit juice exclusively....I'm a little confused about the definition of food, they seem to think that fruit juice/pure water is not food, I think they should use the term "solid" food....but I guess it's all down to interpetation. I know of breatharians that swear that a breatharian just lives off the air but then I also know that these same people are not practicing what they preach yet they still call themselves breatharians, I've not yet seen anyone totally live off of the air/sun without taking juice, coffee or teas, etc....I personally wouldn't call these guys breatharians, I'd call these guys regular fasters or liquidarians.

With all the info that Jack Davis offers on this subject it surprises me that he still has fruit juice/fruits, I'd be interested in his reasons for still eating even though he knows what he knows!....to me this shows that there's a big difference between what we feel/know and what we do and what is practical in this polluted world.

This now makes me wonder what would happen if I went around saying I was a breatharian and only lived on the sun and juice!?....it's funny because I feel like I've been stalling/running away from the call towards breatharianism but according to these sites and all my research I've already been living it for the past 3-4 years.

Just thoughts...

Hey Kwan I got your message and lemme tell you this.....

There's a very, very thin line between an advanced Fruitarian, liquidarian and Breatharian, infact from what I know know about Breatharians I think the term Breatharian is pretty much void, you can simply forget about it and just leave it all at liquidarianism. There's a big difference between what people preach and what they do or are able to do within the confines of this polluted environment.

I think your on the right track Kwan, as they say, don't try to make it happen, just let it!

hey kwan

cool that u were tuned into the message
to do the "cosmic download"
nicesmiling smiley
its so peaceful and affirming reading your signature script

hey fruitarianone

<<I think your on the right track Kwan, as they say, don't try to make it happen, just let it!>>

i like this idea a lot
instead of pushing and straining
to do the same thing, same amount of work
but with an attitude of "letting" it happen instead of forcing things to happen
things come naturally that way

and i think the path that u are on is as much spiritual as anything else
so one has to be "open' and that can't take place if there is a lot of force
it does take place when one "allows" things to take place

Yes!! Thank you for this; I think you've nailed it regarding the thin line between liquidarinism and breatharianism. I've been complicating things, and they're not really complicated. :-) It's pretty simple and straight-forward. I read your post earlier and was kind of blown away. I realized, "Man, we humans try to make everything too hard, don't we!!" In reality... just DO IT. I've been a liquidarian off and on for years-- 30 days, 28 days, 40 days... and on and on. I always stopped at some point, not because I wanted to (who would want to leave heaven?), but because... ??? ... just because consensus reality stepped in and said "Okay, this is what we do. We go back to solid food now." No, I don't have to do that any more.

Also I've recently gained some insight into the prana (qi) aspect of breatharianism and liquidarianism. People are using all sorts of different methods to access the energy and store it-- everything from excruciatingly elaborate Taoist breathing exercises to sungazing, to the '4 Square' breath and meditation, etc. There is, I think, an added component that may be more important than all the techniques: receptivity and an open heart. Prana and Divine Love seem to be incredibly closely alligned with one another. The receptive and open-hearted individual who has chosen this path (well, maybe in truth it's chosen her or him) begins to receive the healing Gift Waves of prana at some point. When illness or injury occurs they can actually be seen in the visual field as scintillating pulses of light surging through the body like waves spreading out on a pond.

Have you read about Prahlad Jani, who like Jasmuheen agreed to a 10 observation period of his not eating? Unlike Jasmuheen, he was in good health at the end of the observation.

Your right Kwan...I've been a liquidarian/breatharian for 3-4 years know and didn't even now it and I think that was key because I didn't have any preconcieved ideas/notions as to what I was supposed to be doing therefore I couldn't scare myself off.

Yeah I think this path chooses you, the universe will give you help in a way that relates to you and nobody else, for some it may be spirituality for others like me it maybe a matter of fitness/performance and just doing it!

You can't teach this stuff, that's why all those other guru's seem so shady to me!

No I haven't but I'll check that link out, thanks man....yeah there's something not right about these other breatharian guru, in that video when they tested Jasmuheen the whole thing should of been business as usual for her but instead she fell to pieces and almost looked as if you was going mad.

I've actually embraced this breatharian thing and stepped my game up, I'm experimenting with small amounts of water on some days and fruit juice on other days, I want to see what the effects are and I can tell you that I've had some powerful insights into the use of fruits, with stepping up my game I've also been taken to a new level of detox but at the same time I can feel glimpses of vitality and comfort that seems light years ahead of what I've experienced before.

It feels like my body/spirit is saying "it's about time you got with the program" It's tough breaking new ground because I'm now doing everything that I believed went against my own philosophy but the message I'm getting is that I simply have to trust the calling, this is where learning your trade for yourself comes in so handy as well as my level of fitness.

Just thoughts!

Just checked out the link..and I can just look at him and know that he's on the level.....he has a very young body/frame!

It's also funny to note that they gave him water to use as mouth wash, I know from personal experience that just washing your mouth out with water can be enough.

What gets me though is that he doesn't seem very active, I'd be very interested to see if he's active in anyway.
