I'm not one of the experts here, but from what I figured out from reading different articles, it refers to a raw diet consisting of 80% carbs, 10% fat, 10% protein.

It means up to 10% of your calories come from fat, up to 10% of your calories come from protein, and at least 80% of your calories come from carbohydrates. This means that you are eating a lot of fruits and a lot of greens. The diet recommends 5% of your calories coming from greens, which means about a pound of greens a day.

The food sources are ripe raw fresh organic whole fruits and vegetables, with a small amount of nuts and seeds.

To get the all the necessary nutrients in this diet it is recommended that one's physical activity is increased so that the energy requirement is increased thus increasing the overall food and nutrient intake. Athletes on this diet may consume between 3000 to 5000 calories a day.
