HI Everyone..

I visited a dentist today and I have 2 options for this....

It is a baby tooth...
One of her molars..

1. pulpotoamy - root canal...
2. extraction with space retainer...

Needs an xray - it is digital

She has a BAD infection as well!

SHe will not go near wheartgrass!!

I have chosen to do the extraction..

What do you all think?

Hey Rawrnr. I just went through something quite similar. My advice/experience is to stay on top of dental issues early. If this is a baby tooth, then having it extracted with the space-retainer should be no problem. A small child will not be tolerant of many of the same treatments as an adult......and a root canal is...umm...not a good thing. Follow any topic pain stuff.....or antibiotics that your child dentist recommends....until this crisis passes....then go back to feeding your child healthy foods....and avoiding antibiotics (which should only be taken in a crisis infection situation....or to prevent such a crisis).

-The more 'natural' helpers for teeth issues involve daily brushing and rinsing with warm sea-salt water, clove oil for pain, and garlic as a natural antibiotic.

-I pray for your daughter's quick recovery and freedom from discomfort.
