For a great retreat, I love CHI. I'm here visiting right now. The place is beautiful, newly remodeled in beautiful cedar. The staff is so kind, helpful and informative. The rates are the most affordable I've found and the food is delicious too. Victoria Boutenko will be here at CHI tomorrow, August 30th, speaking from 5pm to 8pm. Boutenko Lecture. I've read her book "Green for Life". There's an interesting chapter on Chimpanzee Diet, and her implication that Man's diet should be similar.....WY Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
