Date: October 20, 2006 07:51AM I'm new to juicing. Every day when I wake up my wife prepares a fresh glass of "juice" for me. Including both vegetables and fruits.
I drink 1/2 liter every morning which is made up of: 1 Apple - pits removed 1 pear 1 orange with skin 1 carat 2 pieces of celary 1/4 of red pepper 1/2 tomato I don't mind the taste and I want it to be as healthy as possible since I don't eat very nutricious meals during the rest of the day. If you had to make the perfect recipe for juice what would it include? I'm trying to make up the best must nutricious drink I can create for myself. What am I missing, and what can i add to make it better. thanks Re: The perfect recipe for juicing
