The only difference in my daily regime has been 1/2 shot e3 live with the juice of a whole lemon.

Thoughts? Experiences?

I feel absolutely fine... just... not hungry since I've been on the <3_pond scum_<3.

I've tried frozen Wheatgrass Juice, and it alters
the Chlorophyll. I think it would be the same for e3 Live.
I'd suggest you get your 'Greens' from fresh Collards, Swiss
Chard, Kale, Parsley, etc. in Green Smoothies. I'm having one
now, and it's Heavenly......WY

Minerals (e3 live) + Vitamin C (lemons) = 0 Cravings

"Dr. Rosenbaum, as well as other nutritionally oriented allergists rely on other methods besides avoidance of the allergenic foods. Vitamin C and mineral bicarbonates are used extensively in allergy clinics throughout the country. The mineral buffers should not include sodium, which is a hypertensive agent and can make a person more prone to edema, but instead the minerals calcium, magnesium and potassium. These buffers will neutralize the acidity caused by the allergic reaction and alleviate stress, thereby inducing symptomatic relief.

As little as tone teaspoon of this combination of nutrients can totally knock out hunger cravings caused by food allergies as well as eliminate the withdrawal symptoms caused by exclusion of the addictive foods.

This is symptomatic relief, but works dramatically and also gives a clear indication that the symptoms were caused by allergic phenomenon. If the nutrient combination eliminates your hunger then you can be sure that your hunger was induced by some aspect of the allergy-addiction syndrome."

I've noticed a hunger extinguishing effect when I juice veggies like carrots and celery. Has anyone else noticed this ?

Yes, I have in the past. I just dusted off my
Omega 8003. I thought I'd go back to juicing Celery and
Carrots rather than drinking Water during the day.....WY

That is INTERESTING!

I never tried to really figure out if I am allergic to certain foods or not. I do make sure I'm still eating my fruit and greens, and don't take e3 live in LIEU of anything.

I have been eating very pure and simple foods. Just apples. Bananas and orange juice. Also, I've been feeling full after normal portions.

This is an interesting link, Lillianswan, thank you--I was always the type who needed to eat CERTAIN FOOD X to feel satisfied (even while raw).

The only offending foods I eat, as per that site, are white potatoes and lettuce (wish they said what kind). Tiny bits of soy probably sneak in, too...
