Date: October 06, 2008 10:38PM Just wondering why we juice fast and not just blend the food? There is so much waste when juicing, why don't we eat it? Re: Juice fasting or blending fasting

Date: October 07, 2008 01:03AM I vote for Blending Fasting over Juice Fasting. The teeth
of a human body make a poor Blender and Juicer. So maybe a little help is in order? I blend everything now, except Wheatgrass, which is better juiced......WY P.S. To make Blending Fasting more efficient, add more water, while, at the same time, decrease the solids. P.P.S. Has Lillianswan coined a new phrase? I've never heard the term 'blending fasting' before.
