1 Tbsp raw tahini 1 - 2 tsp raw honey (depending on how sweet you like it) 1 tsp finely diced shallot 1/2 lemon, juice of 1/4 tsp cumin whisk in enough water to create a dressing consistency (rather than a paste) Easy, Raw & Delicious!! Re: salad dressing
