Date: October 11, 2008 04:25AM for a mole removal. Now I feel pretty weak, tired and a bit out of it.
Any tips for fast and healthy detox? (can't be too fast, as I am gigging all weekend) Re: had a local anaesthesia today

Date: October 11, 2008 06:20AM Get as much rest as you can manage. If you need to heal faster, eat less (or lighter), as less digestion means more energy for healing. Re: had a local anaesthesia today

Date: October 11, 2008 07:13AM After going all fresh raw I experienced a number of interesting health changes and one of those changes was that a mole on my back shriveled up and fell off. Its gone ! Has anyone else experienced something like this since going raw ? Re: had a local anaesthesia today

Date: October 11, 2008 10:08PM yeah, a wart on my thumb disappeared miraculously (though it wasn't because I went raw, it was because I stopped eating processed food) But yeah after the first day of no processed food it just started going away and I haven't seen it after those two days it started to disappear since! very cool. It could have been certain chemicals in what I was eating - like in canned foods and stuff - that caused the wart to be there. Perhaps. I'm not going to say it was for certain anything in particular -- but something having to do with processed things because that's what I eliminated. haha. Re: had a local anaesthesia today

Date: October 16, 2008 07:45PM LOL. No frogs involved. Music. Gigs...concerts... require a bunch of energy, so couldnt deal with much detox or blood sugar issues. And I am irreplaceable, too, so no way to call in sick...
All went well, however. I helped myself with a fresh squeezed orange juice smoothie from jamba juice, dates dates dates, and a decaf coffee from Peets. Cheers!! Re: had a local anaesthesia today

Date: October 18, 2008 03:27PM LaV - how come you often post nothing? I thought at first it was a mistake, but I see it in a lot of threads and wondered if you were just agreeing, bumping the thread, or....something else? I always love your posts, and can enjoy even the silent ones! VF
Cocoa - what kinds of concerts? And what is your role? Do you play? Hope I am not getting too personal, just interested! Re: had a local anaesthesia today
