Fruit Feasting

You might be familiar with Angela Stokes who did 92 days of juice feasting. I admire her greatly. I have decided to try 92 days of fruit feasting. I am going to eat gobs of fruit for 92 days following no particular diet. I will just eat tons of fruit and some greens in the form of green smoothies. I am blogging about it at www.fruitfeasting.blogspot.com I will give you my daily food intake and see what happens. I just started officially today. I want to see how my health will improve. I have been "raw" for about a year and now I want to see how my health will change eating a high fruit diet.

Rawnaturel,

Sounds like fun. See if you can play with proper food combining of your fruit, or better yet mono-eating the fruit. I have the best digestion when I eat only one kind of fruit in a meal.

did you actually eat a whole pineapple and pint of strawberries plus an orange and banana for breakfast?

what else did you eat for the rest of the day?

no judgements, i have been know to feast on at least 6 pineapples in one day, (bleeding mouth)

Does that make me an absolute pig? Ok, I ate all that over a period of 3-4 hours. It was a big bowl of fruit salad. I started munching away on it at about 8 in the morning and kept going back until it was gone and that was around 11 a.m. So I did not sit down and eat that all at once. I figure my breakfast time is between 8-11, my lunch is 1-3p.m and dinner is 5-7pm and then I am done. So pretty much I eat whatever I want within those time frames not in just a sitting.
