Date: February 03, 2008 11:28PM The process of milling the flour creates high temperatures. Truly raw means "as found in nature". Flour is not found in nature and is not part of a healthy raw diet. Re: wondering if this is raw

Date: February 04, 2008 03:24AM what is it that you're trying to prepare? maybe someone can give you a good suggestion for a substitute.
there is bound to be a resource online to order some buckwheat but maybe there is somewhere near you that carries is. what are you looking for exactly? buckwheat flour or buckwheat in the shell for sprouted buckwheat greens or buckwheat that hasn't got the hull anymore?
