wondering if this is raw

i found unprocessed and unbleached flour, does that mean it is raw. could i use that in any recipe for substitution for buckwheat....cant seemed to find any. thanks for comments

The process of milling the flour creates high temperatures. Truly raw means "as found in nature". Flour is not found in nature and is not part of a healthy raw diet.

what is it that you're trying to prepare? maybe someone can give you a good suggestion for a substitute.
there is bound to be a resource online to order some buckwheat but maybe there is somewhere near you that carries is. what are you looking for exactly? buckwheat flour or buckwheat in the shell for sprouted buckwheat greens or buckwheat that hasn't got the hull anymore?
