Food sensitivity

Im curently only about +50% raw. I have sensitivity to several frits and vegies, not allergies but bad enougt. It limits the selection of foods that I can eat raw (or cooked). Carrots gives me ittching in the trouht and nose, tomatos gives me stomac cramps and dissines, red berries and fruit gives me bad headaces a.s.o. I have to say that ajusting my diet and eating more raw and some superfoods (barley grass and spirulina) has made my sensitivity much better. for example I can now eat a few bananas a day as long as I dont mix them with other foods. Just a year ago I coulden eat them. So have any of you cured or better your food sensitivity on the raw food diet ? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
