MaraNatha Raw Almond Butter

Date: October 28, 2008 12:07AM No, they haven't been soaked and unfortunately, Maranatha "raw" almond butter isn't raw. The nuts and the almond butter have been heated to a high degree in the process of drying and jarring. There are several varieties of truly raw nut butters that you can find in certain stores and also order online. Rejuvenative foods is one company manufacturing a variety of these, and there are other companies as well but I don't know them offhand. Re: MaraNatha Raw Almond Butter
