Keep it Simple

I have found that a simple approach to raw works best for me. Eating simple raw food. Eating simple mono meals. Doing some simple exercise like walking or bike riding. Keeping my day simple and easy and harmonious. What works for you ?

Huge fruit and vegetable salads with lots of stuff in them.

I have to go the the gym for a nice body, biking and walking don't do much for the difficult spots.

Simple is definitely best.
I work at home.
I take a daily walk out in nature.
I cuddle with my kitty.
I read about 2 hrs a day.
I eat mostly raw.

And lately....THE TV STAYS OFF!!!

I find that when it comes to raw the deeper I can dig my rut the easier it is to stay on the raw path.

Keeping it simple works well for me also. Especially since I still have to cook for my family. I find it is much easier to stick to different types of salads for lunch and dinner, that way I'm not preparing a bunch of meals, because they'll eat any kind of salad I prepare. I usually have fruit, smoothies, or green lemonade for breakfast.

As far as fitness, yoga is my base, walking is my stress reliever, and I throw in belly dancing, Pilates, or another dvd for some variety.
