I have heard that avocados are fattening and yet I eat several everyday and stay slim. I wonder why that is ? Does anyone else eat avocados and not get fat ?

Avocados have good fats. Our bodies need good fats (fatty acids) to survive. Do a quick google for "Good fats" and you can read all about it.

I've eaten tons of avocados and barely increased weight...or remained the same. It's only part of the wonder of an unprocessed diet. I do, however, think most folks are going to be healthier with a moderate-to-low-fat diet (raw or otherwise).

would body fat ratio change - in women though - ? possibly more easily since men tend to burn fat easilier because of naturally containing more muscle mass and more testosterone which = more mitochondria (power house cells)

so a women might see a difference compared to a man?

It depends on your activity level and lifestyle as well as the composition of the rest of your diet. I have not found that there is anything magical or special about avocados as far as gaining weight is concerned. I know quite a few people who put on unwanted weight on raw diets due to what I would consider excessive avocado consumption.
