Wheat grass question

Hello, I just lost "The wheat grass book"....how many hours should the wheat seeds be soaked? 6-12? Any good article on the internet for sprouting wheat grass?

I soak my wheat berries 10 hours. But anywhere
between 6 to 12, like you mentioned, should be fine (depending
on the seed). All seed is not created equal.
I'm thinking about reducing the soak time to 8 hours because
the water gets quite cloudy with the 10 I'm using now.....WY
