help for excema please

When my thyroid went on the blink about 3 years ago (pre raw ) I got very dry skin and some excema for the first time in my life (46yrs).

Some of the exema presents itself as small spots and very itchy dry skin - on my back where i can't see it and between two toes. It seems to remain in these isolated places.

Can any one suggest foods that I can eat that might be helpful or some kind of topical application that would clear it up and stop the itching.

I think a very high fiber diet would be helpful to move toxins out of the body through the colon rather then the skin.

what foods does your diet primarily consist of and what is your primary geographical location?

also what is you method of dealing with toxic accumulations and alittle bit of your dietary and detox history prior to makeing the change to raw?

that may help us to understand your condition alittle better.

If you have mercury amalgam fillings, you might try having them removed. Exposure to mercury can cause systemic exzema.
