1 whole grapefruit

5 bananas

100g blueberries

80g cashewnuts

150 g spinach salad

2 fillets of salmon

1 whole manago

7 leafs of organic lettus
3 bananas

Im not ready to give up fish yet. Maybe when I am more comfortable. Out of all meats I have ever eaten fish seemed to be the safest with IBD

How do you figure it's 90% raw, just curious? Did you do all of the calories?

hellokitty-

regardless of the exact percent raw you are, and regardless of what anyone else thinks about your transition, if you feel ok, then it is ok. listening to your body and how you are feeling is the best barometer in judging your success.

you have to do what is right for you

as a vegan i wont support the eating of meat. transitional or not.

I would cut out the cooked nuts. your better off eating fresh food if you cant source raw. From your other posts I see your trying to heal and improve your IBD..I cant see any benefits of eating cooked nuts whatsoever in aiding this process!

All the best with your journey

Instead of the salmon, try with 1 steamed broccoli, 2 steamed carrots and 1/2 mashed avocado. Double the recepie if still hungry.

Slow-steam for 1-4 hours if you got the energy. =)
