regardless of the exact percent raw you are, and regardless of what anyone else thinks about your transition, if you feel ok, then it is ok. listening to your body and how you are feeling is the best barometer in judging your success. Re: 90% raw today hope this is ok

as a vegan i wont support the eating of meat. transitional or not. I would cut out the cooked nuts. your better off eating fresh food if you cant source raw. From your other posts I see your trying to heal and improve your IBD..I cant see any benefits of eating cooked nuts whatsoever in aiding this process! All the best with your journey Re: 90% raw today hope this is ok

I really understand why you would feel this is wrong either for moral reasons or health. I would be more likely to support you in you reasons for being vegan, as i too will become vegan Re: 90% raw today hope this is ok

Date: June 16, 2009 06:32PM Instead of the salmon, try with 1 steamed broccoli, 2 steamed carrots and 1/2 mashed avocado. Double the recepie if still hungry.
Slow-steam for 1-4 hours if you got the energy. =) Re: 90% raw today hope this is ok
