Date: September 10, 2009 04:37PM I liked Raw Secrets, and I have recommended it to many of my friends. But now that 80-10-10 is out, I recommend 80-10-10 more nowadays.
Whats great about Raw secrets is that Fred shares his experiences and the pitfalls he found on the raw diet, and how he lost his health and saw others lose their heath eating the high fat raw diet. Re: Raw Secrets
