Hi I just started eating raw and am having trouble coordinating weekly menus. Can I get a "typical week" of recipes and a basic food list. Also, what brand water to people drink. I'm reading a lot about what's bad, but no recommendations for what's good? I a brita ok or do I need bottled h2o... thanks
