Anyone Juiced an Artichoke?

Date: February 05, 2010 02:47PM i was passing them by last night in the grocery .. its one thing ive never juiced yet ... it seems to have some good properties [www.juicingbook.com]

Date: February 05, 2010 05:26PM I read about a "raw" preparation of artichokes but it was in a gourmet book and probably entailed "boiling" or hot water and tons of oil. So I've never had one raw. I'm interested in teh answer as well! I like the taste of artichokes. Re: Anyone Juiced an Artichoke?
