Date: February 05, 2010 05:26PM I read about a "raw" preparation of artichokes but it was in a gourmet book and probably entailed "boiling" or hot water and tons of oil. So I've never had one raw. I'm interested in teh answer as well! I like the taste of artichokes. Re: Anyone Juiced an Artichoke?

Date: February 05, 2010 06:12PM I've never tried juicing one. I did once try to eat one raw, and found it pretty inedible. Re: Anyone Juiced an Artichoke?

Did you try the heart raw? I can't imagine a juicer tough enough to run one through! Erin Re: Anyone Juiced an Artichoke?
