hello All again,

yessss,

next day after experiencing the 'ionic cleanse'(& good thing it was not the same day!) i went for my first infrared sauna treatimen...
to help my detox...
i did research it beforehand on the net...

sooooo
wellllllll...

it sure WIPED ME OUT!...or took all my strength/energy away!!!!..

HOOOOOOLLY MOOOOLLLLY!!...i was weak, dizzy, soft legs/knees, sort of blurred vission sometimes, ...feeling soooooo exhaunsted ...like a wet rag...my gosh!...
so i wonder...
-is it because:
- i'm very skinny, after 3.5 years of raw/vegan
- too soon after ionic cleanse (which is another detox treatment)
- i'm too ...weak or something for this kind of treatment..
OR WHAT?!
i FOR SURE WILL NOT GO FOR THAT SOON, NOOOOO WAY
i was sweating during the sauna, & it was getting to hot for me, so i kept on opening the door every once in a while, to cool off the air, i altogether don't like saunas, they're not my cup of tea & feel like too much for my system, even though i do not have any breathing or heart problems, just don't like dry hot air, & hight heat, so
i wondered, ahead of time, how it will be...., i do LOVE steam though

any thoughts, experiences of U'rs that U'd care to share here?

The ionic cleanse sure sounds a lot nicer than the infrared. Sounds like that infrared thing was COOKING YOU. Thanks for the warning Basia.

Ally - what U'r saying sounds scary! ..i don't think it did, it din't feel like it, ...just that it was too hot/too much FOR ME......
& sweating IS good....but maybe ...as i said, it's not my systems' thing, this, or any kind of sauna that is...

What did you think of the ionic cleanse? I did it and kinda feel it was B.S.... What's your thoughts..

ShineON - why do U feel the ionic cleanse was a BS?..
& how did the water change for U? what was the colour? was it cloudy, or not?

to me it seamed convincing..seeing all this junk appear in the tab, that wasn't there before...
but
give me the answer under the IONIC CLEANSE post, please, where it belongs, so my post won't be moved off t he board, & maybe i'll get other responses too..
