I was wanting to ask the long timers what is their most noticable benefit from a raw diet.

What I noticed before going raw, in terms of my health, that things were always getting worse. Since going raw, things are always getting better when it comes to my health and healing.

i never had unclear skin even through puberty if i broke out it would be like one or two zits... but i definitely notice my skin looking better.

brighter skin, clean feeling, and a deeper connection with my body.

I think that differences are easier to see when you compare your baseline to somebody else's along with the five-year mark with that same somebody else's.

Especially if you are over 35, that is when people's health and looks start to really diverge based on lifestyle differences.

I just had a visit from a friend whom I hadn't seen in that long.

Whoa, what a difference!
