Date: January 31, 2011 06:14PM I have to take my own meal and snacks. One great raw treat that my co-workers enjoy too are Gudernoobs made by WooHoo Foods. There are 4 varieties and everyone has their favorite. I have special orders sent with just one flavor whenever I want. 2 treats are only 30 calories and they have flax for omega-3s. I order online, but I'm trying to have my local health food store carry them too. Re: How to eat healthy at the workplace?

Date: February 02, 2011 02:39AM I recently started a new job. I noticed that others were noticing I was eating healthy. Did it bother me at first? Of course, who wants to be singled out.
Next thing you know, a co-worker of mine shared similar lifestyle/food choices as mine. We began talking about staying healthy with our food choices - everyday. Next thing you know, the entire staff/team conversated about healthy foods. A week later, we all made mango smoothies (lassi) in the blender and shared it together. My next step is stocking the fridge with fresh fruits/veges and sharing them with the team. I like how durianrider calmly states, "be the change you want to see" Re: How to eat healthy at the workplace?
