Date: February 12, 2012 01:47AM I just watched your video on sleep and you are brilliant!!!! I found it to be witty, fun, and most importantly informative without boring me and putting me to sleep (to early)
i have recently been aiming for 10-12 hours a night and i have had bounds of energy and felt so amazing!!! I am glad that you posted this, because i feel that we all need many hours of sleep to perform our best!!! Before electricity we woke up with the sun and went to sleep with the sun, and i believe we should still be doing that same thing!!!
