Date: February 26, 2009 04:56AM I maintain two grocery lists:
#1) Taped on my refrigerator door is a short list of regular daily use items. These are foundation foods that I have identified to be a necessary part of my raw day and help me stay all fresh raw and this list rarely changes. I check the inventory of the items on this list everyday and make sure there is enough inventory to make it at least until the stores open in the morning. This list isn't concerned with inventory quantity but only in identifying necessities to staying raw and making sure I don't run out of them. I tend to keep more inventory on hand of list 1 items so that I don't have to go to the store everyday. #2) Is a miscellaneous list that I maintain of items that I find I need from list #1 AND anything else that I would like or want to get the next time I go to the store. The foods on this list vary constantly. This list is kept on a counter top next to my keys and is updated frequently. Re: Grocery List

Date: February 26, 2009 12:12PM EZ is right. Make up a list of the staple items that you LOVE. Things like apples and oranges, melons, dark greens like Romaine, Kale, Spinach, etc. Don't force yourself to eat things you HATE - but rather find things that DO satisfy you and stick with them.

Date: March 01, 2009 03:07AM How about this then.
In the produce section: fruits vegetables In the bulk section: nuts in shell seeds As much as you like. A bunch of different things. But please take some greens, a supp for B12 (and D if you don't sun yourself), and add a tbsp of flax and a brazil nut daily. That's about it! Re: Grocery List
