Are Flash Frozen Veggies Kosher?

Date: March 06, 2009 01:45AM i think most veggies are requirred by law to be first blanched but thats old school so it may be different now 
i use flash frozen fruit in the winter for my smoothies for variety that doesnt seem to be available locally

Date: March 06, 2009 12:33PM My take: don't focus on the word 'raw' or what is raw and isn't. Focus on fresh, unprocessed fruits & vegetables.
