Date: March 13, 2009 09:26PM No kitchen training, my mother was always good for showing be how to
creative things growing up in the kitchen. Though it wasnt always raw, it was good tips with certain combo's and textures. Glad you guys like the pics, and sorry that you cant have a little taste. Maybe one day i'll see one of you at a raw pot luck in Toronto Re: Homemade Rawitch

I hope you know you are very lucky to have had a mom who taught you kitchen stuff. I do not trust a grown man who can't cook/uncook : ) I plan on visiting Toro this year; so glad there's a raw community there that I'll be able to tap into! Re: Homemade Rawitch

The Sandwich is a dehydrated bread: half cup of flax seed grinded ( coffee grinder ) 3/4 cup of sprouted sunflower seeds 2 celery sticks 1 large carrot half Red Pepper 2 teaspoon of cinnamon handful of raisons. Put all ingredients into a food processor. Then layed out the bread on the dehydrator sheet, added some sprouted buckwheat on top and left for 10 hrs, flipping after 7 hrs. Then waited for the bread to be a little crunchy but soft on the inside. Tasty! The pie is just one piece of the bread with pumpkin seed butter and walnuts on top! Re: Homemade Rawitch

Date: March 14, 2009 12:07AM Hi Eddie,
I agree... you MUST post the recipes with these pictures. That is the BEST sand(raw)witch I've never eaten!!! lol My mom was always creating yummies from scratch but they were always cooked. I still miss her & being there for the holidays. I wonder what she would say about my new eating habits?? Till Later....
