anyone know about live food analysis

Hi,

We have a project in Colorado which involves growing our own produce for sustainability. We are setting up soil grown and hydroponics produce and would like to test the live food for nutritional content. We like the soil grown produce though part of our grant involves setting up a hydroponics experiment.

Does anyone know about live food analysis and how to do it. We are able to set up our own lab if needed as the project is quite sizable.
