smoothy question

i like to have a giant smoothy after working out, and would like to
know if this could be affecting me getting gas?

Kale ( handful )
Rainbow Chard ( handful )
Parsley ( handful )
1 avocado
1 or 2 banana's
teaspoon hemp protein
sometimes some pumpkin seeds

Some people do better with their digestion when they pay attention to food combining principals. Other people seem to be able to make various food combinations and digest the food without any problem.

I do okay with fruit and greens in a smoothie - if I throw in some fat it usually spells trouble.

Too much fiber.

Try half as much green and fat, and add an orange.
