hello,

it's been a long few weeks of terrible gas, i mean terrible fowl.
So, looks like i am going to try mono eating to some degree.

Would:

6 banana's
4 apples
2 pears
3 avocados

Be a good start on a typical day? enough nutrition and calories? Im already
trying to avoid losing any more weight...very skinny.

thanks for helping

Try blending some of it. That helps break down some of the fibers.

Also try smaller quantities at one sitting.

Some foods are more gas-producing than others.

I think melons are probably the safest of all.

I also think you need some greens. Lettuces are pretty gas-safe. It's the stuff you pile on it that tends to be a problem (peppers, onions, etc.).

For me, apples and pears are hard to digest. How about eating some juicy fruits like oranges or tangerines?

Also, 3 avocados is a lot of fat. What about just one?

1 large avocado might have the same calories as 4 to 5 oranges. Replacing two of your avocados with 10 navel oranges would probably serve better in terms of more vitamins and minerals.

Adding a head of romaine lettuce will also help with digestion and cleaning out your digestive tract.

Maybe aavoid the avocados? the fat content maybe creating gas/bloating issues?

Exclude that and see what happens. Just saying becuase I have taht problem too, and I havent been eating avocados and its greatly decreased for me. :]
