COCONUT chips

Date: July 20, 2006 05:27PM Instead of eating coconut fat, which I'm not so fond of, do coconut chips contain enough fat? They taste yummy. This is specifically in relation to coconut fat and thyroid health.

Date: July 27, 2006 07:54PM Have you tried eating coconut butter? It has a nice consistency - creamy and rich - but easier to eat than just coconut oil. You can get it from Natures First Law or other online stores...some progressive health food stores carry it but not all.
