just wondering though what do people here take if you have some sort of acute or chronic pain other than painkillers do natural remedies even come close to alleviating physical pain? curious i feel really badly for those who suffer from chronic pain i think they are really brave to deal every day Re: if you take painkillers, monitor your liver

Date: August 30, 2013 04:43PM Since I have in the past been prone to migraines I'm pretty careful when I feel a bad headache coming on and I will take something. The alternative is a trip to the hospital for maxeran intervenously administered so... Having kids has put an end to a 2 or 3 day "nap" to naturally alleviate it . Doesn't happen very often though, thank goodness.
I've been taking care of my liver with bitters and adaptogens when I feel they're needed. Seems to have helped me. Re: if you take painkillers, monitor your liver
