Similarities: Dr Eugene McCarthy suggests that humans' hairless skin and subcutaneous fat could be explained by porcine ancestry
Scientists currently suppose that chimpanzees are humans' closest living evolutionary relatives, a theory amply backed by genetic evidence.
However, as Dr McCarthy points out, despite this genetic similarity, there are a massive number of divergent anatomical characteristics distinguishing the two species.
These distinguishing characteristics, including hairless skin, a thick layer of subcutaneous fat, light-coloured eyes, protruding noses and heavy eyelashes, to name but a few, are unmistakeably porcine, he suggests.
There are also a number of less obvious but equally inexplicable similarities between humans and pigs in the structure of the skin and organs.
Indeed, pig skin tissues and heart valves can be used in medicine because of their similarity and compatibility with the human body.

The reason I say this is raw vegans are always saying we are 99% chimps so thats why we should eat fruit. If this were true, if we are a hybrid of pig and chimp, what would that mean we naturally are..?

I think this guy is saying we have hairless skin kind of. Plus all our organs are piglike, and when you get vaccines, you know they have put in pig blood so it will go in your blood better? Pig blood.

But you are right, hey where is our snout. We might be more chimpy than piggy?

I am just saying hypothetically..if we were, half pig, our diet would be half...garbage? Freaking anything??

By the way, humans might be closer genetically to Bigfoot/Sasquatch versus chimpanzees. There was a bigfoot like creature name Zana captured in a Russian village in the late 1800s, and the men in the village would have sex with her, and she produced 4 offspring, 2 of which died because Zana bathed them in a very cold river, the 2 survived because the village women prevent this bathing, and bathed the babies in warm water. While Zana had apelike fur, stood and walked upright like a human, and could never talk, her half human childen could talk and her decendants are still alive today.
