Wheat grass...

If I blend it... What kind of liquid medium should I use. And there is no reason to be snarky with strangers... My mother taught me to consider these 3 things before I speak... is it (a) kind, (b) necessary and (c) civilized. But that was my home training. Can't say everyone got the same.....
