outstanding example of why lifelong fitness/exercise

is key to greater health and hence

most certainly

greater happiness ( if i may say so myself.. she does emit a calm vibration of joy and well being)

she runs 10 miles a day on avg

that's a lot of cell oxygenation right there

also the saying that physical exercise is key to mental fitness i think is true

Dr. Mercola was a life long runner, too. Something he was reading about that made him quit but I don't recall what that was.

Exercise is only one component of mental health. It's important but it should only be one part of a wider protocol. If exercise was all we needed there wouldn't be any violent criminals among pro athletes, yet there are plenty. And it can't just be any exercise. Exercising too much will stimulate stress hormones.

But yeah, things like endorphins are kind of important.
