raw egg yolks and raw honey/bee pollen

Im veryyy interested in this for my ulcerative colitis / inflammatory bowel disease.

Anyone have some good knowledge / experience with either of these?

Ive been googling and see tremdous reason to try and see how I do..

As far as the egg goes, raw egg yolk, and to avoid the raw egg whites.
