Do any of you eat raw collards? And if you do, what do you make with yours (as in what other foods do you eat with them) or how do you eat them (just cut up?)

Just curious
Thanks grinning smiley

I usually put mine in a green smoothie with berries. Young and tender ones are hard to come by if you don't grow your own, and the mature ones are too hard for me to gnaw to make the effort!

The ones I have are local organic. Very small with thin stems unlike the ones you buy at the grocery store. Those should work well right? I also am growing my own this season but these are what I have on hand smiling smiley

Yes! If I had young tender collards, I'd make them into vegetable wraps. Like a burrito, but just julienned veg--yum!
