Collards?

Date: May 13, 2009 10:50PM I usually put mine in a green smoothie with berries. Young and tender ones are hard to come by if you don't grow your own, and the mature ones are too hard for me to gnaw to make the effort! Re: Collards?

Date: May 13, 2009 11:06PM The ones I have are local organic. Very small with thin stems unlike the ones you buy at the grocery store. Those should work well right?
