Date: May 20, 2009 01:48AM Please tell me exactly what you are eating so I can try it. Still just one pound weight loss in five weeks of 100% raw. I couldn't be eating that many nuts, could I?

Date: May 20, 2009 03:04PM I'm not stressing over food at all and just eating when I'm hungry. I eat until I'm satiated, but not stuffed. This is what a normal day is for me. I'm high raw and not 100% raw. I'm eating a base of fruit and am trying one raw veggie recipe a week.
Breakfast: A smoothie w/ 2 bananas and a cup of blueberries or fresh juice (currently apple/carrot/strawberry) Snack: Apples & oranges Lunch: Raw "tuna" salad wrapped in lettuce Snack: More fruit - melon or more apples/oranges with a handful of walnuts Dinner: Raw spaghetti - Zucchini & carrots w/ marinara and "parmesan" - I warm this very gently until luke warm. Snack: Fruit WATER! I drink about 1/2 gallon a day. Pics of the food are on www.16weeks2health.blogspot.com Marinara: 1/2c softened sun-dried tomatoes (or packed in oil). 1 roma tomato seeded and chopped 1tsp chopped garlic 2tsp agave 1/2 tsp italian seasoning sea salt (if desired) Pulse in a food processor or blender. Parmesan 1/2c walnut pieces 1/2 tsp italian seasoning Grind together in a coffee grinder "Tuna" Salad 1/2c soaked walnuts 1/2 cup soaked sunflower seeds Blend with water until a paste Add chopped celery & onion Sea salt (if desired) Spread on lettuce leaves with tomato, avocado or whatever you like.
